A fun way to encourage our kids to hide God’s Word in their hearts is to give them a Scripture Doodle to colour, where you colour – or decorate with doodles! – the actual words and letters of the Bible verse. There are plenty to choose from so I have split them over several posts; and there’s also an easy how-to if you would like to have a go at making your own… enjoy! :)
This is a great way to help your child memorise Scripture verses. What better way to start than with the Psalms from the Old Testament, giving praise and worship to our magnificent Creator? Some of these are doodles, some are more colouring pages; and some are pretty much just words with room to add your own doodles. And the fun thing is, even if you write to your sponsored child online, a colouring page can also be uploaded as a normal photo.
