A BIT OF BACKGROUND
Before the Lord Jesus was executed for crimes – my sins and your sins – He did not commit, He was rejected as the Messiah, the Meshiach Nagid, by the ruling Jewish leaders, even though He had fulfilled an amazing 300+ highly specific prophecies, all written down in ‘black and white’ hundreds of years before He was born. After His death and resurrection, He returned to Heaven to wait for them to realise their mistake, to repent, and then to call Him back. The first disciples expected His return at any moment, and their writings in the New Testament reflect this. So far, that gap has since lasted nearly 2,000 years. However, Scripture tells us that before that happens, Israel (and the world) will first accept an imposter Messiah, one who may already be waiting in the wings of history ready to take the stage. Meanwhile, we are to live with an expectation of watchful waiting, telling others the good news, being salt and light to those around us, to be obedient to what He wants us to do, and to ‘occupy’ until the Lord Jesus comes. He calls us to make disciples, helping to rescue everyone we can FROM the cesspool, rather than trying to clean UP the cesspool. Only God can do that.

Note: This is a quantum physics Bible verse. When He appears we shall be like Him (i.e. enjoy all the extra physical dimensions that He has, like being able to walk through doors in our 4D universe) for we shall see Him… as He is. We would have to share all His dimensions to be able to do that. Since the discovery that the quality of ‘time’ makes our universe 4D… scientists have discovered that there must be at least 10 dimensions!

Our Blessed Hope – Rapture Q&A (Chuck Missler) At the Rapture, living believers will be “caught up” in the air, translated into the clouds in a moment in time, to join the Lord in the air. This will be the fulfillment of the promise which our Lord confirmed at the Last Supper… This thrilling promise wasn’t given to everyone, only to His believers. (Judas had already left by then.)
